Amy Legate-Wolfe is an experienced personal finance writer and journalist. She received her Honours Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Toronto in 2012. Prior to that, she studied Psychology at Ryerson University in 2007-2009. She also completed a Freelance Writing Certificate in Journalism from the University of Toronto Schools in 2014, and a Master of Arts in Journalism from Western University in 2015. During her time at Western University, she was awarded the J.L. "Bud" Wild Silver Medal for Print Journalism.
Amy has worked for Huffington Post and CTVNews.ca, and freelanced for organizations such as CBC, Motley Fool Canada, and Financial Post. She is a dynamic writer with a demonstrated ability to analyze trends and develop content for both digital and print platforms. In her free time, Amy is an avid reader and enjoys binging British dramas on BritBox. She is a mother, wife, and dog-mom to a very cat-like Wheaten Terrier.
